Flowers Galore with Cheery Lynn Designs

Happy Thursday! I'm back with another layout using the fabulous Cheery Lynn Designs . I actually used 13 CLD dies on this ONE layout!! LOL! I was having way too much fun. I decided that tucking the English Tea Party doily die behind my photo would be cute so I cut the inside of the doily out using the circle little stackers nesting dies shown below. Here's how my layout turned out... I love the flower dies! They are so easy and fun to mix and match. Here is my complete list of dies used: circle little stackers nesting dies, English Tea Party doily die, French Flair Nesting dies, Embossed Hearts Scalloped border, Butterfly, Floral Heart, Tropical Flower, Poinsettias 2 , Bird on a Branch, Flourish, Pretty Petal, Never Ending Love Hearts, Basic Optimistic Font Alphabet Dies

Button, Button...Who's Got the button?

Happy Thursday! I splurged and bought many of the fun new releases that so many paper manufacturers came out with this year. While playing with them, I realized just how perfect Cheery Lynn Designs dies coordinates with ALL of them!

I made this LO using the fun new Toy Box collection from Crate Paper using a sketch from their blog. (Yes, I use others' sketches too :))

These Cheery Lynn Designs button dies are so realistic-looking and they work great as checkers playing pieces. The best part is that you can make many of the exact color you need from your paper stash when more than a few are needed. Try doing that with real buttons.

Here is my complete list of Cheery Lynn Designs dies used:
Buttons 3 dies
Never Ending Love Heart dies
Mantel Decorations (flourish) die
Micro Mini Alphabet dies
Basic Optimistic font Alphabet dies
Embossed Hearts Scalloped Border

Have a fantastic day!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Make sure you wear your green, we don't want you to get any pinches today!
I am having so much fun with the new doilies from Cheery Lynn Designs. For my most recent LO I grabbed the English Tea Party doily die, cut out the center circle, opened it up and ruffled it around my large circle. It really looks like pretty black lace!

I will be the first to say that I do not like pastel colors too much. So I used some bolder colors for this LO of my new nephew and you know what?...it works! No "baby" colors needed. :)

Here is my complete list of dies used for this project:

Little Stacker Nesting Die - Circles
Buttons3 die
Optimistic Font Alphabet Dies
Mantel Decorations
Embossed Loves Me, Loves Me Not Border die
Hearts1 die

Remember: Play along this month and you could win a few beautiful doily dies of your own!

Here are my 3 layouts using the same sketch:

For this one I flipped the sketch upside down and here's what I came up with.

Now I turned the sketch to the side.

Just tooting my horn...

Oh and if you like the sketch and if you like winning, this sketch will be up on the Sweet Peach blog tomorrow. You can link your take on the sketch there to win a great prize!

BC Mini Album Hop

How would you like to learn how to create a fun Mini Book out of one 12x12 and be inspired to make 20 different versions of it?
Well get ready to hop- because today on each of the Best Creation DT's blogs we will share with you some fun and creative ideas to make the simple book we made at the CHA Winter Show.

Start the hop HERE.

All you need is a piece of 12x12 paper, cut it into 3 and arrange it into a book. I can't believe how easy it was!

Look inside!

One thing I love about this album is that aside from the 12x12 cardstock, everything else is just scraps from my leftover Jubilee projects. Love that!

Be sure and leave a comment at the bottom of our Best Creation blog for a chance to win a huge prize pack of goodies and 3 more chances to win if you sign up to be follower or join us on facebook! And don’t forget to leave comments along the way letting us know how you love all their designs.

Hop on over to Karen Taylor's blog to see what she created.

Cheery Lynn Designs Stitcher Plates

Hellooooo crafters! Today I am going to share a layout I made focusing on the new stitcher plates from Cheery Lynn Designs. These plates are so cool and the possibilities are endless.

I made this heart using the large rectangle stitcher plate. After running the kraft paper and the stitcher plate through my Sizzix machine, I drew a heart on the back of the Kraft paper. I then stitched away using the easy-to follow pierces. Easy peasy!

Here is my completed layout:

I used papers and embellies from the Sweet Peach March kit.

As a mother of 4, I love to see my kids happy and getting along. The bliss describes more of how I felt at that moment. :) Nothing like these moments.

Other Cheery Lynn Designs dies used:

Micro Mini Alphabet
Little Stacker Nesting Circles
Floral Heart
Stackers Nesting French Flair dies
Embossed Scalloped Border
